How you can give

Cooking

The Dream Fund

A gift of £1,000 would enable someone with learning disabilities with limited finances to fulfil a ‘dream’, such as a once-in-a-lifetime holiday or adaptive equipment for their home.

Activity Camps

A gift of £3,000 would enable two young people with learning disabilities to attend a week-long residential activity camp run by specialist staff. The camps offer practical, social and employment skills, a chance to make new friends and increased confidence and growing independence to support transition into adulthood.

A Volunteer Buddy

A gift of £5,000 would enable 10 adults with learning disabilities to receive a trained buddy who will accompany them to social, leisure, and sporting activities in the community, offer help with practical tasks such as DIY and gardening, and provide support with employment, training and volunteering opportunities.

E-Freedom

A gift of £10,000 would enable 10 people with learning disabilities to receive assisted technology in the form of tablets, apps and specialist software to help with their specific disabilities, increasing their independence, and reducing social isolation.
