We support people with learning disabilities living within the London area, but have a strong presence in the Southwark, Wandsworth, and Croydon areas and are currently expanding into other areas of London.
We provide support to people with learning disabilities with low to profound support needs from a couple of hours to 24 hours cover across services ranging from the individual to shared group homes in the Southwark, Wandsworth and Croydon boroughs of London.
We provide 24-hour support to people with learning disabilities with low to profound support needs in shared group homes.
Children and young people
In London, we offer support to children and young people aged 5-25 years in their home, and to attend and enjoy activities in their local community. We can support young people to access education, look for work, travel, and manage benefits, depending on the person's assessed need.
For some families this could be providing support for a few hours before or after school, providing activities in the local community during school holidays or arranging a short break either at or away from home.
We're currently supporting young people and their families in Southwark and Wandsworth, but we want to extend this offer to families in other London boroughs too. We're happy to have discussions with families and support commissioners to explore what is needed.
We cater for short to mid-stay bespoke/tailored breaks at our City Breaks respite service encompassing all that is unique with staying in London.
We currently offer outreach support through our Your Home Supported and our Your Life Supported teams enabling people to have tailored support in their own homes.
We provide part time training and employment opportunities through our social enterprise Tuck by Truck currently situated in Newham.
