North Somerset

Our services

We provide a wide range of person-centred services across the North Somerset area, supporting adults and children with learning disabilities and autism.

Supported living

We will support you in your own home – how much support you receive will depend on your own needs. Some people have support 24 hours a day, other people only have a few hours each week. We support people who live in shared accommodation and people who choose to live on their own.

Accommodation with support (previously known as registered care)

All of our homes are different, just as everyone living in them is different. We provide individual services so that everyone is free to live the life they choose. You will be supported to do the things you want to achieve. Some of our homes provide nursing care for people who have complex health needs.

Floating support

We support people to manage their own homes and keep their tenancy. We can support people who are already in their home or support people to find a new home.

Community team services

We support people to access their community to make positive outcomes a reality. We provide opportunities for people to develop their social interests and to build their confidence and self-esteem, through activities that make them feel valued.

Social enterprises

We have a range of enterprises that provide opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and life experience. All our social enterprises are based within the community whether you want paid work, to learn how to be more independent, or provide a service in your community.

We run a range of projects that support people to live a fulfilling lives. These include; Supported Employment, Travel Buddy, Hate Crime.

Work, learning, and leisure support

In North Somerset we provide work, learning, and leisure services that supports people to learn new skills, access the community and build relationships.

Children, young people, and families

RopewalkWe're already supporting a small number of children and young people with learning disabilities and autism in Bristol and are looking to extend our offer to more families, to include North Somerset.

We can provide regular weekly support in the family home and local community, from a few hours per week to 24/7 support, depending on assessed need.

We can design short breaks on a bespoke or small group basis, offering opportunities for the young person to spend time away from home, try new activities, increase independence, and make new friends.

We're happy to have discussions with families and support commissioners to explore what is needed.
