Bike Bonus from Osborne Clarke
Thursday 17 July 2014

Osborne Clarke Bike DonationBristol legal firm Osborne Clarke has kindly donated nine new bicycles and four cycle helmets to our Brandon Bikes project based at Elm Tree Farm in Stapleton.

Brandon Bikes began at the end of last year and recently starting selling reconditioned bikes and offering local bike servicing. The project always welcomes donations of unwanted bikes.

The new bikes will be used in a variety of ways for both Brandon people and members of the public using the service, including hire use and replacement bikes whilst servicing customers' bicycles.

One of the bikes will also be used by Bristol man Richard Wyatt, who attends the farm weekly, so that he can be offered support to cycle out and about on a regular basis.

Project leader Paul Whitehead, thanked Osborne Clarke and said: “This gives us a wonderful opportunity to expand our bike project and will also make a big difference to Richard.”
